We recently stayed at a holiday park by a beautiful meadow which was perfect for families. the water park next door was fantastic for the kids to enjoy and there were plenty of activities to do like bike riding. the spacious apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with garden furniture and parking in front of your house. We also had breakfast at the on-site restaurant which was decent.

The cost of accommodation was increased without prior notice at the time of check-out.

The location next to the water park was fantastic for me and my kids. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for families. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, where all our luxury needs were fulfilled. the spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with an array of exclusive amenities that included an inviting sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers that offered beautiful garden views.

Otherwise, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations in terms of service, location advantages, and exclusive amenities.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with great access to nearby thermal baths and a beautiful lake. The apartments are spacious, modern and very clean. The play area for kids provided a fun and safe environment for our little ones to play in.

Our experience was marred by unprofessional staff who treated us poorly. the staff were rude and unhelpful with regards to changes in our reservation.

Had an amazing stay at a spacious apartment that provided us with all the amenities we could ask for. The green surroundings added greatly to the attractive atmosphere, making us feel as if we were in a dream world. The well-equipped kitchen provided us with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. The most fascinating aspect of the apartment was the separated bedroom which was a great relief for those who desire their space. The location of the apartment was ideal and convenient for wandering around the area and discovering the hidden secrets the place has to offer.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. We were forced to pay €16 for bed linens and towels which was not mentioned prior to our arrival. Additionally, the internet was not available during our stay, which was definitely inconvenient for us.

Modern, spacious apartment. Great base for exploring Prenzlau and Poland. Amazing location next to thermal swimming pool and lake. Fun playground for kids. Attractive town center.
